The Solar Pakistan International Solar Exhibition is a dedicated platform bringing the latest solar innovations and showcasing the largest solar projects in Central and South Asia. Last year's exhibition welcomed over 14,000 registered attendees and 140 exhibitors, providing a unique platform for establishing partnerships with governments and businesses to seek innovative solutions. This year's exhibition took place grandly from February 27th to 29th at the Lahore Expo Center in Pakistan. Osda' brand, OuShengDa (Osda), showcased N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic modules; energy storage system solutions, and portable photovoltaic storage system solutions at booth 02.E-3-18.
Pakistan has abundant solar resources, especially in the southern and western regions. The country has long sunlight hours, with an average of over 8 hours of sunshine per year. The Pakistani government has set a target for 30% of its electricity to come from renewable sources by 2030. Through the Alternative Energy Development Board, the government is endeavoring to build solar power facilities nationwide to achieve these goals. With a series of government support measures, the Pakistani solar market is expected to grow from 1.30GW in 2023 to 9.77GW in 2028.
Osda showcased its flagship product, N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, in the module section of this exhibition. As of February 2024, the highest conversion efficiency of Osda's N-type TOPCon modules in mass production can reach 23.02%. N-type TOPCon modules are not only highly compatible with PERC production lines and have low penetration costs but also have many other significant product advantages. For example, the modules can maintain stable and efficient performance in high-temperature environments, and their power generation efficiency remains high even in weak light conditions such as thick clouds or sunset. Lower attenuation, higher bifacial yields, lower per-watt shipping costs, and lower per-kilowatt-hour costs are also undeniable advantages of N-type TOPCon modules. Choosing Osda's N-type TOPCon modules will provide strong guarantees for customers' station investments to achieve greater returns and profits in the future.
Osda' Austa Energy Storage Division is committed to the development of integrated energy storage systems, providing global customers with one-stop smart energy solutions. Commercial and industrial photovoltaic storage systems, composed of photovoltaic modules + photovoltaic inverters + photovoltaic optimizers + energy storage battery combinations, achieve deep integration of photovoltaic and energy storage. It also provides another choice for commercial and industrial customers who already have installed photovoltaics. The core solution, household photovoltaic storage and charging integrated solution, aims to meet the ever-changing energy needs of households. With the photovoltaic energy storage inverter as the core, it integrates photovoltaic power generation, storage, and charging, coupled with energy storage batteries and smart charging piles, to create a fully integrated smart green electricity life.
Osda, with its advanced product technology, excellent quality, and outstanding design aesthetics, became a popular area at this exhibition, attracting many visitors who wanted to deeply understand the products and the company, eagerly anticipating further cooperation with us. Since its inception in 2009 as a trading company, Osda has gradually grown into a global smart energy solutions provider after 15 years of industry cultivation. After years of steady development, the company has become a national-level high-tech enterprise and a national-level specialized, fine, and new small giant enterprise. Today, Osda has successfully expanded its business from the research and development, production, and sales of photovoltaic cells and modules, energy storage inverters, and PACK to the entire industry chain of photovoltaic energy storage one-stop solutions.
