What precautions should be taken during installation?

1. Correctly adjust the installation angle and orientation of the PV modules according to the geographical location. 2. Regularly remove the dirt, leaves, etc. on the PV modules. 3. Regularly check whether the series voltage of PV modules is within the normal range. 4. Batch access, when each group is connected, record the power one by one, and the power difference between the strings should be ≤2%. 5. The installation environment must be well ventilated to prevent the inverter from being blocked by heat dissipation or exposed to sunlight, which will cause the inverter to overheat and reduce the power generation efficiency. 6. Avoid choosing too thin cables, avoid laying cables too long, and conduct regular inspections to prevent cables from loosening and causing loss of output power. 7. Avoid that the grid-connected AC switch capacity is too small to meet the output requirements of the inverter.

Daily maintenance of PV module

1.The surface of the PV module should be kept clean, and the PV module should be wiped with dry or soft and clean cloth, and it is strictly forbidden to use a corrosive solvent to wipe the PV module. PV modules should be cleaned with irradiance below 200W/m2, and it is not advisable to use a liquid with a large temperature difference from the modules to clean the modules. 2.PV modules should be regularly inspected. 3.The use of metal frame of PV modules, the frame and bracket should be well combined, the contact resistance between the two is not more than 4Ω, the frame must be firmly grounded. 4.When working under the condition of no shadow occlusion, under the condition that the solar irradiance is more than 500W/m2 and the wind speed is not more than 2m/s, the temperature difference between the outer surface of the same PV module (the area directly above the cell) should be less than 20 °C. An infrared thermal imaging camera is used to detect temperature differences in the outer surface of PV modules. 5.The input current of each PV module string connected to the same DC bus box should be measured using a DC clamp ammeter under conditions of basically the same solar radiation intensity, and the deviation should not exceed 5%. 6.All bolts, welds and bracket connections of the bracket should be firm and reliable, and the anti-corrosion coating on the surface should not crack and fall off, otherwise it should not be brushed in time.
